The Judaic Studies Institute was founded in the late 1990s. JSI is a Messianic Yeshiva that serves both the Jewish-born and non-Jewish-born alike. It is founded on the principle that the Torah is valid and necessary for the servants of Yeshua. The Judaic Studies Institute is registered as a religious post-secondary institution with the legal authority to issue all college-level certificates and degrees for ministerial purposes. In addition, JSI Yeshiva also issues the following religious degrees: Moreh or Morah (Teacher), Zaken or Z'kena (Elder), and Semicha (Rabbinic Ordination). All students must meet the program requirements established by JSI Yeshiva's Beit Din. The Judaic Studies Institute is accredited through Beit Messianic Jewish Accreditation.

The Judaic Studies Institute seeks to restore the original belief system followed by Yeshua and His talmidim (disciple) by providing a Torah-based, academically sound, and spiritually vibrant education for those seeking an in-depth understanding of HASHEM (The Lord) and His ways.
OUR BELIEFS אמונות
JSI Yeshiva, its faculty, and its community, believes that Yeshua haMashiach is the Son of HASHEM and by extension He is HASHEM. This Ministry believes that water immersion and the immersion of the Ruach haKodesh are commandments and are not optional. JSI and associates believes in the manifestations of the gifts of the Ruach haKodesh as they appeared among the early Messianic Community.
This Ministry walks under the instruction of both the Living and Written Torah which means we are fully committed to keeping the instructions laid out by Yeshua and His Talmidim and the Instructions that are laid out in Torah and by the Prophets. We believe that Yeshua is the only means to which a person can be save, and that those who are saved are required to work at the words of Torah.
JSI Yeshiva, its faculty, and its community, are passionate about Yisrael, the Jewish People, and the Jewish culture, traditions, and customs. This Ministry does not believe that the Messianic Community replaces the Jewish People but that it joins them. We believe that the Messianic Community is the bridge that connects the Jewish People to Yeshua HaMashiach.
