
Rabbi Richard Perez & Z'kana Kelly Perez
Richard Perez is an Ordained Messianic Jewish Rabbi. He is in the process of completing his Ph.D. in Messianic Jewish Studies. Rabbi Perez is the spiritual leader of Ba-Peretz Messianic Ministries in South Elgin, Illinois. His calling is to teach and live out the truth of Yeshua as the promised Messiah, bridging faith and understanding for both Jewish and Gentile believers. With a passion for Scripture, prophecy, and discipleship, Rabbi Perez leads a ministry focused on restoring biblical foundations and fostering authentic worship. He is also deeply committed to humanitarian efforts, and is a Board Member for Kinship United, an organization that builds safe Church Homes for orphans and widows across the globe, providing hope and security to the most vulnerable.

Rabbi Perez holds a Doctorate in Computer Science and brings decades of experience in technology and education. He serves as an Adjunct Professor of Computer Science at St. Xavier University in Chicago, where he teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in Cybersecurity, preparing the next generation of professionals to navigate the challenges of a digital world and provides technology ministry for those who need support or are unable to afford computing technology.

Z’Kena Kelly S. Perez holds undergraduate degrees in in Library Science and Judaic Studies and has a deep passion for scripture, and prophecy and leads Ba-Peretz ministry in Intercessory prayer, community services and outreach programs involving counseling for women and support for the homeless.

Rabbi Richard and Z'Kana Kelly Perez are blessed with a loving family of four sons: Richard Tyler, Stuart Mitchell, Seth Emanuel, and Caden Xavier. Together, they share a combined commitment to faith, family, and service.
